One nice thing about a digital camera is that it's easy to take lots of shots of the same thing
and play with different settings -- so you can take the same landscape with two different
exposures, one at +2 stops and one at -2 stops, and then combine them into a final image that
you couldn't take with film without a split ND filter or something fiddly like that.
